UK Delivery and Returns

All orders are sent by DPD Express Delivery Service and will require a signature. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery, and longer during sale periods and adverse weather conditions.
Unfortunately we currently only provide delivery services for the UK.
In order to obtain a refund you must notify us of your intention to cancel your contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods (or prior to delivery). If the product is faulty or damaged we will refund your original delivery charge. Goods returned to us must be received in their original condition with all labels attached.
Due to hygiene reasons earrings and beauty products cannot be returned.
