UK Delivery and Returns
We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed on or after 20th December.
We currently only provide delivery services for the UK. All UK orders over £75 will receive free delivery. £3.95 will be charged for all other orders. All goods will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For, Special Delivery service or Parcelforce and will require a signature. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
In order to obtain a refund you must notify us of your intention to cancel your contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods (or prior to delivery). If the product is faulty or damaged we will refund your original delivery charge. Goods returned to us must be received in their original condition with all labels attached.
Due to hygiene reasons earrings and beauty products cannot be returned.
